You may withdraw your application at any stage of the assessment process. Please note that application fees are non‐refundable, and no refund will be issued if you choose to withdraw your application.
Step 1: Log in to MyPBNZ and locate the application
Log in to your MyPBNZ portal. Select My Submissions, then click on the Applications tab. Find the application you wish to withdraw under either:
- Submitted Applications, or
- Applications Under Assessment
Step 2: Select Withdraw Application
In the Actions column, select the ellipsis (…) next to the application you wish to withdraw.
Step 3: Complete the withdrawal request
Selecting Withdraw Application will automatically create a draft withdrawal application.
Enter the reason for withdrawing your application.
Step 4: Review and Submit
Review the withdrawal application and, when you are ready, select Submit.
