My name isn’t displayed correctly on the register, how can I change this?

If your name is not displayed correctly on the online register please make a variation request through the MyPBNZ portal. Variation requests are under the “new submission” and titled “Amend Registration Details”.

If your name has not changed and is just listed incorrectly, we need a copy of your passport or government‐issued identification.

If your name has changed, we need evidence of the name change e.g. marriage certificate.

We have 3 fields in our database for names. When generated on an APC it lists only First and Last. When submitting a variation request confirm what parts of your name need to be in which section:

  • First
  • Middle
  • Last

If you have fewer than three names, please leave the appropriate field/s blank.
