If you were registered with the Physiotherapy Board in the past but your registration has since been cancelled, you can apply to restore your registration at any time by submitting a Restoration to the Register application.
Important note: You will not be able to change your details (name, address, phone number) until your request has been approved.
Step 1: Locate the Application
Log into the MyPBNZ portal, navigate to New Submissions, and select Application to Restore Registration.
Step 2: Complete the details
Review and accept the privacy statement. Then review Identity and Declaration information. Please note you cannot edit the details at this stage. Once restored you will be able to amend the details of your registration.
Step 3: Payment
You will need to enter your payment details
Step 4: Review and submit
Review the summary of your restoration request. Please click Submit to send your request to the Board for processing.
