Recertification audit
For the 2026 Recertification Audit, you need to provide us with a completed Recertification Record for the previous practising year (commencing 1 April 2025 and finishing 31 March 2026).The Recertification Record must be completed on the Board template, available here.
Note: some browsers will not allow download of this template. If you cannot download the Recertification Record please email us at [email protected] and we will email you the file.
The Recertification Record includes:
- A copy of your completed PDP
- Record of completion of your PDP discussion with a professional peer
- Record of completion of your peer review
- Record of completion of your three reflections.
You must email your completed Recertification Record to [email protected] by Friday 9 October 2026. At this stage, we do not require you to send us your completed peer review document, your reflections or your CPD record.
We may request these at a later date, so we do ask that you have these ready.
