Shane Finn

Shane is originally from Ireland, where he grew up in a small village in the West. He studied and worked in Ireland for the first few years of his physiotherapy career and in 2015 he moved to New Zealand on a working holiday. Ten years later, he’s still here, married to a local and has two beautiful children. Shane works in Wellington in a MSK private practice setting. He has recently become one of the first Advanced Practise Physiotherapists in New Zealand. He is also a lecturer and researcher at the University of Otago.

Anna Mason‐Mackay

Anna is a Musculoskeletal physiotherapist from Wellington and member of the queer community (she/they). They have worked clinically across seven different countries and taught on physiotherapy programmes in Aotearoa, Hong Kong and Qatar.

Anna is currently an academic staff member at Wintec‐Te Pūkenga, a PhD student at AUT, and regularly leads trainings and presentations regarding cultural responsiveness and access to care for rainbow communities.

Doireann Kelly

Dia Daoibh! My name is Doireann (D for short). Im an Irish physio working in New Zealand for the past 14 years. In that time, I’ve worked across a number of areas including MSK, Vocational Rehabilitation, Pain Management and in more recent years in the Aged Residential Care and Workplace Health Space.
