From Janice Mueller, Chairperson of the Physiotherapy Board This biennial conference was again held in Geneva, Switzerland over 2 days in May. There were 259 participants from 47 countries.
The Physiotherapy Board is pleased to announce the creation of an annual research scholarship. The scholarship has a maximum value of $5,000 plus GST, and will be awarded to an undergraduate physiotherapy student who has successfully completed their third year of study.
The Physiotherapy Board is calling for Expressions of Interest in joining its Health Committee. There are currently two vacancies, one for a lay member, and one for a Registered Physiotherapist.
