In March 2021, 1,900 Auckland practising physiotherapists were invited by the Board to be part of a survey on the impact on Level 3 COVID‐19 restrictions on patients.

Due to the success of the programme to date, Ngā Manukura o Āpōpō Clinical Leadership Programme is providing training for an additional cohort of students this year. The Board is offering two scholarship positions for this cohort and applications are now open.

COVID‐19 has struck many nations deeply and we know that the increasing crisis in India and elsewhere is echoing through our communities and our profession. On behalf of the Board and the staff we offer our aroha and thoughts to all of the members of the Physiotherapy community in Aotearoa
