The Physiotherapy Board’s Strategic Plan is our guiding document for improving our regulation of the profession. We update it every couple of years – and our most recent Strategic Plan included (among other things):
- streamlining the registration process for overseas practitioners
- the introduction of the new Bi-national Physiotherapy Practise Thresholds
- improvements in the Return to Practise programme
- the introduction of an Undergraduate Research Scholarship
Now we need your ideas and suggestions for the next Strategic Plan.
Next year we plan to review the General Physiotherapy Scope, so your suggestion can relate to that – or it could be another area of the Board’s role in regulating New Zealand’s Physiotherapists. Blue skies thinking is encouraged – our aim is to give you the best possible service.
You can give us your thoughts (anonymously, if you prefer) via the online feedback form at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/FQHFXVJ
Submissions close on Friday, August 5th 2016. Our most recent Strategic Plan is available on the Board’s website.
