In 2023 two hui were held to discuss the direction of the Board | te Poari over the next five years. These hui culminated in the development of the attached Joint Strategic Reference Document.Twelve Priority Areas were identified; these are outlined in the joint document, the purpose of which, is that it is a transparent strategic reference that we will come back to and revisit, and which will help keep us grounded.
